Design & Applications Engineer

Full Time Position (On-Site)

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and test new tools and products.
  • Maintain and update existing designs and prints.
  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement new products, processes and procedures.
  • Provide design and application support assistance to customers.
  • Troubleshoot customer applications.
  • Conduct training seminars for employees and customers on new products.

Experience:

  • If you have some experience in an engineering job, great! If not, no problem, we will train you!

Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • An AS or BS Mechanical Engineering Degree (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) and office applications.

Customer Service Specialist

Full Time Position (On-Site)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales quotes.
  • Enter and acknowledging sales orders.
  • Generating picking tickets for shipments.
  • Issue return merchandise authorizations (RMA’s).
  • Updating price list.
  • CRM data entry.
  • Answering inbound calls.

Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience preferable but not required, we will train you!
  • Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills are a must.
  • Candidates must be able to multi-task while remaining focused and accurate.
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) and office applications.

Accounting Specialist

Full Time Position (On-Site)

Responsibilities:

  • Managing supplier/customer invoicing and inbound/outbound payments.
  • Perform all required AP and AR transactions to completion.
  • Monitor and record sales, ensure all financial models, records, and related materials are kept up-to-date and stored safely.
  • Create and manage financial statements.
  • Complete month-end and year-end processes.
  • File all necessary tax and financial forms for the company.
  • Ensure audits are completed promptly.
  • Bank reconciliation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an accounting-related field.
  • Proficiency bookkeeping.
  • Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills are a must.
  • Strong attention to detail, strong analytical skills and time management.
  • Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial modeling.
  • Candidates must be able to multi-task while remaining focused and accurate.
  • Proficiency in the using Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) and office applications is required.

Material Control & Production

Part Time (On-Site) (Up to 32 hrs - may lead to Full Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Retrieving product for shipping.
  • Accurately record shipment information.
  • Securely packaging goods for shipment.
  • Counting parts with and without scales for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Receive products from suppliers.
  • Confirm accuracy of supplier documents and paperwork.
  • Assemble of small tools and components.
  • Weekly cleaning of warehouse.

Qualifications:

  • Shipping and receiving experience preferred but not required, we will train you!
  • Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills are a must.
  • Candidates must be able to multi-task while remaining focused and accurate.
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) and office applications.
  • Knowledge of shipping software (FedEx, UPS, USPS) a plus.
  • Candidates must be detail oriented.
